Billy was unable to race in 2004 due to a sponsorship shortfall. In addition to talent, confidence and dedication, racing in premier classes like Formula 3 and beyond requires considerable funding.

Over the past year, Billy has received many generous offers from race teams, sponsors, and other interested parties, however, bringing together all the elements has proved extremely difficult. The quest continues.
